Hello again,
as usual its been awhile, but thats okay nobody reads my blog anyway!!! so I have hauls from a few different shopping trips that i just combined into one post, so here goes...
about 2 weeks ago rite-aid had sally hansen polishes 40% off making them around 3.50- ish a bottle, i had a bunch of 2.00 off coupons so i got each one of them for 1.50-ish. i picked up some of the new sugar coats and one from the first set.
in order from left to right~~> Cherry Drop (bright red), Royal Icing (light blue), Candy Corn (orange), Red Velvet (fushia wine), Spare-a-mint? (dark teal)
Royal Icing and Red Velvet had shimmer and glitter so here are some close up bottle shots
I also picked up some sally hansen polish from my local winn-dixie. The whole make-up isle was on clearance. Most of them were priced for 2.24 with the coupons i had they were only .24 cents, the others were 2.99 w/coupon .99.
from left to right ~~> Nude Shimmer (nude frost), Glass Slipper (clear base w/white flakies) 3k or more! (nude w/gold micro glitter) Save the Date (burgundy wine), Antique Bronze (frosty bronze), Gorgeous Grape (dusty purple creme), Forbidden Fudge (shimmery brown)
i renewed my sallys club card, and when you do that you get a 5 dollar coupon so i used that to purchase a polish from the new china glaze collection on the horizon. so i think i might have paid a dollar.
flock together
i also made a few full price purchases, my b-day was at the end of june so i treated myself to something i usually don't get to...an indie. Lush Lacquer has to be my favorite indie brand.
this looks amazing over white, i did have some trouble fishing it out of the bottle so i put a few drops of thinner into and that took care of it!
i also was able to hunt down a bottle of china glaze sun of a peach, which is a bright pastel peach. my local sallys never did get this collection (sunsational). i ordered the cremes from cherry culture but this one was out and never restocked.
and last but not lest i finally broke down and ordered a bottle of seche restore nail polish thinner because it is the only thing that thins seche vite and im sure all of you know that you only can get about half way through the bottle before it starts getting thick and making your polish shrink. i have about 12 half used bottles of seche vite so i figured it would be cheaper to fix them and use em than to keep buying new bottles.
well guess thats it for now, till next time!!!
